Q:How do the t-shirts fit?
A: The t-shirts fit like an average sized men’s t-shirt. It is not fitted like many women’s tee’s. Here is a sizing chart.
Q: I ordered my t-shirt and still have not received it. What should I do?
A: I would always suggest reaching out to us and asking if we can help you track down your order. However, once we process your order and ship it out, it's then out of our hands and the responsibility of the shipper. But we are happy to do our best in tracking it down.
Q: My t-shirt doesn’t fit. What can I do? Can I exchange it?
A: We understand the frustration of receiving a t-shirt that does not fit. This can happen for several reasons, and we want to best handle each situation case by case. There are times that the t-shirt manufacturer may label their garment incorrectly making a Small t-shirt have a Large tag label, just as an example. We can usually see major differences in size as we print each design. But slight differences can be hard to notice. Q: The design colors don’t look the same as they did on the website? Can I return it?
A: Every screen is different when it comes to how colors appear, so we cannot guarantee that the design you chose will be exactly like how you see it on your personal device. Q: I want to get my money back. How can I do this?
A: Please email us at logosscreenprint@gmail.com or through our website at www.redeemershop.com so we can try and handle that. We are a small shop and have yet to have a need to do a return. With that said, let us try and figure out the best way to take care of you.
